Full Clear — Terms of Use

Effective date: August 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Full Clear mobile app, published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, don't use the app. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what the app does with data — the short version being that it stays on your phone.

Full Clear is not medical care

Full Clear is a self-tracking and habit tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create any clinical relationship. The in-app assessment produces a profile, not a diagnosis. Compulsive pornography use is not a DSM-5 diagnosis. Nothing in the app should be relied on in place of advice from a qualified professional, and you should never disregard or delay seeking such advice because of something you read here.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. This app is not monitored and cannot help you in an emergency.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. The app addresses compulsive pornography use and is intended for adults.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Your content stays yours

Everything you write and log in the app — journal entries, urges, relapses, quiz answers — is stored locally on your device and is yours. We do not receive it, claim any rights in it, and cannot access it. Because there is no server copy, you are responsible for your own device backups; uninstalling the app deletes the data permanently.

Subscriptions

Full Clear is free to download. An optional auto-renewing subscription ("Full Clear Pro") unlocks the full trigger analysis, risk-window notifications and unlimited journal entries. Streak tracking, urge logging and the panic button are free and are not behind the subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to. The app has no social features, no messaging, and no shared content, so there is nothing here to misuse against another user — if that changes, these terms will be updated first.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We will not knowingly remove a feature you have already paid for during a period you have paid for; if we discontinue the subscription entirely, cancellation and refunds run through the App Store or Google Play as above.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chinese Powered is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Chinese Powered, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for support of it, but each is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. On iOS, if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date before it takes effect for a new app version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. This does not deprive you of any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
