Quit porn without the bro-science.

Full Clear learns your pattern — the hours, moods and situations that actually catch you — warns you before your window opens, and gets you through the ten minutes where willpower stops working. A two-minute lesson a day for thirty days. No streak-shaming, no testosterone myths, nothing leaves your phone.

The streak, the urge log, the panic button and the first lessons are free forever. Pro unlocks the full program and your analysis.

Why it's different

Built as the opposite of the app you already deleted.

Most apps in this category sell a streak counter and a leaderboard, then take both away the moment you slip — at exactly the point you were most likely to quit the app instead of the habit. Full Clear keeps the number honest and puts the work where it belongs: understanding the pattern that keeps catching you.

When you slip
Most appsStreak, badges and rank all reset. You're back at zero, and ashamed of it.
Full ClearThe streak drops to zero — honestly — but your history and your resistance rate stay, and a three-step debrief turns the slip into one concrete change.
Reminders
Most apps“Stay strong” at midnight — after the decision was already made.
Full ClearA nudge 45 minutes before your own risk window, computed from the urges you actually logged with Pro, or at the hour you chose.
Between urges
Most appsA feed of quotes, or nothing until the next crisis.
Full ClearA two-minute lesson a day for thirty days, and a plan for tonight built from your own log.
The panic button
Most appsOften behind the paywall.
Full ClearFree, forever. A crisis at 1am is not an upsell.
Your data
Most appsAn account, an email, a server, analytics SDKs.
Full ClearNo account, no server, no analytics. Everything stays in a database on your phone.
The science
Most appsTestosterone, “superpowers”, retention mythology.
Full ClearNone of it. A self-tracking tool, not a treatment — and it says so, in the app.

How it works

Log it. See the pattern. Get ahead of it.

1

Log urges as they happen — free

Each one records the hour, the mood and the situation. Riding one out counts as a win; so does logging one you didn't. Either way the picture gets sharper.

2

Learn the loop, two minutes a day

Thirty short lessons: how the habit works, riding out an urge, if–then plans, sleep, boredom, loneliness, what to do after a slip. Each ends with one thing to try tonight.

3

Get ahead of the risky hour

Tonight's plan says when your window opens and what to do in the hour before it; a reminder lands 45 minutes early. When it's already happening, the panic button is one tap: face yourself, breathe, read your own reasons, ride out ninety seconds.

Your pattern

Your triggers, not generic advice.

After a couple of weeks of logging, the app knows your hardest hours, your hardest day and what tends to lead in — computed on your phone from your own log, never uploaded.

  • Tonight's plan — your real window, the trigger that usually precedes it, and one move for the hour before.
  • Mood and urges — a one-tap evening check-in shows whether your hard days bring the urges.
  • Reminders that follow you — they move to the window your logs show, not a fixed hour.
Patterns: your window is 10pm to midnight with 82% of events in it, and a bar chart of what precedes an urge, led by being in bed

When it goes wrong

A relapse is data, not a reset button.

Other apps punish the slip. Full Clear walks you through three steps: what preceded it, one concrete change, and where you actually stand.

  • Clean days this month — one night doesn't erase the other twenty-five.
  • Resistance rate — urges ridden out over urges logged. It keeps climbing through a bad week, because that is the skill you're building.
  • Your best run — it happened, it's still the proof it's possible.
Relapse debrief, step three of three: 25 of 30 clean days, 11 of 14 urges ridden out, a best run of 15 days, and a Start day one button

Progress

Progress a relapse can't erase.

The streak is honest: a slip takes it to zero. Everything else you've built stays.

  • A calendar of your clean days — with a mark on every day you rode an urge out.
  • Badges that never reset — for your best run, urges ridden out, lessons finished, pledges kept.
  • An accountability partner — one person, a ready-written text from the panic button, and your weekly counts if you choose to send them. Nothing goes through us.
A September calendar with clean days in green, three relapse days in red, and a row of earned badges such as First wave, One week and Loop seen

Privacy

No account. No server. Nothing leaves your phone.

Everything you log lives in a local database on the device, and the insights are computed there too. Lock the app behind Face ID, your fingerprint or a passcode. One tap in Settings erases all of it, and there is no copy on our side — we never had one.

Nothing about this app requires us to know who you are, so we built it so that we can't.

  • Your definition of clean — porn only, or a stricter definition, up to hard mode. All three are tracked, so changing your mind never loses history.
  • No analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs in the app — read the privacy policy; it's short.
Settings: an accountability partner saved on the device, your profile, a Face ID lock, the note that everything stays on this device, and a Delete everything button

Pricing

What's free, and what isn't.

The parts you need in a bad moment are free. Pro pays for the parts that make the bad moments rarer.

Free, forever No trial, no expiry

  • Streak tracking, all three definitions of clean
  • Unlimited urge logging
  • The panic button — every step of it
  • The relapse debrief and the journal
  • The first three lessons of the program
  • Your calendar, badges and an accountability partner
  • A reminder at the hour you choose
  • Face ID, fingerprint or passcode lock

Nothing here ever gets locked, and nothing you logged is ever held hostage.

Pro Yearly, monthly or lifetime

  • The full 30-day program — lessons 4 to 30
  • Tonight's plan, built from your own log every day
  • Trigger analysis — your hours, moods and situations
  • Hardest day, intensity split, and what precedes it
  • Reminders that move to your real risk window

The exact price is on the paywall in the app and in the store listing, so it's always current. The yearly plan starts with a free trial — the app reminds you before it ends — and you can cancel any time in the store. Lifetime is one payment, with nothing to renew.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need an account?

No. No sign-up, no email, no login — there is nothing to sign into. Open the app and it works.

Is it free?

The core is free forever: the streak, the urge log, the panic button, the debrief, the journal, the calendar, badges and the first three lessons. Pro unlocks the rest of the program, tonight's plan and the trigger analysis.

What is in the 30-day program?

One two-minute lesson a day: how the habit loop works, riding out an urge, changing your environment, if–then plans, sleep, boredom, loneliness, stress, what to do after a slip, and a plan you write in your own words. Established habit-change techniques, no bro-science, and not a substitute for therapy.

Can someone hold me accountable?

Yes, without an account. Add one person in Settings; the panic button can open a ready-written text to them, and you can send them your weekly counts. The app never sends anything itself, and your triggers and journal never leave your phone.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Compulsive porn use is not a DSM-5 diagnosis and the app diagnoses nothing. If your use is causing you serious distress, a qualified clinician is the right call — this app is not a substitute for one.

What counts as a relapse?

You decide: porn only, or a stricter definition, up to hard mode — the app spells out each one when you choose. All three definitions are always tracked, so switching later never loses your history.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything is on the device. There is no server to reach, so there is nothing that can be down.

Does the panic button record me?

No. The face-yourself step shows a live camera preview and nothing else — nothing is captured, saved or uploaded, and the step is skippable.
